One of the most recognizable buildings in Kansas
City's Crossroads Art District. On the northwest corner of 20th and
Main Street, the Rieger Hotel was originally built in 1915 and extensively
restored in 2000 to 2003. The first floor is The Rieger Hotel Grill & Exchange and
the basement is the recently opened speakeasy, Manifesto. The upper
two floors are two residential areas, a small rental loft and a
two story loft. On the roof is a glass room,
decks, and a rooftop garden; all with magnificent views of the city
in all directions.
