Building
Built in 1915 as a “traveler’s hotel” of three and four course brick with 12” concrete floors. Completely renovated in 2000 to 2003
    New HVAC system designed by Trane:
    • Lochinvar Boiler
    • Trane 50- ton chiller
    • Trane restaurant size air handler for first floor and basement
    • Trane computer controlled system
    • Upper two floors have registers with custom designed covers
    • A four pipe system installed in walls and plastered over


    Security System:
    • Three closed circuit television cameras with digital recorder
    • Alarm system with three zones for residential areas
    • Fully fire alarmed
    • Separate alarm system for restaurant area

    New roof installed.
    Original skylights (2) replaced with new custom made skylights
    Front of building restored to match original photographs
    Interior residential doors custom fabricated in Canada with Knoll Imago inserts
    All new electrical and plumbing installed.

    All cabinets built by Dave Polivka. Recycled cypress wood (from Speas Vinegar vats) was used in kitchen as well as many other areas in home

    Custom granite farm sink
    Shallow stainless steel prep sink with disposal and reverse osmosis water system

Master Bedroom (third floor west):
    Built in shelf on south side
    West side all glass and steel doors opening onto a small outside balcony

    Built in closets on two sides with grid wall closet system and custom folding doors
    Custom cypress cabinet with tile top
    Entire bath area is a wet room with rain shower shower head
    Custom double glass sink
    Separate his and her toilet rooms

Media Room/Office (second floor):
    Wall to wall carpet
    Dropped ceiling for ease of running cable for media equipment
    Small halogen ceiling spots
    Two built-in storage cabinets with shelving (one for media equipment)
    Installed 42” plasma television with surround sound
    Small half-bath adjacent in hallway
